Signal-Panda is a set of focused tools for short-term rental operators. It helps with workflows like Airbnb search rank checks, competitor comparisons, careful pricing updates, cleaning coordination, and lease generation.

Do you make changes to my Airbnb account automatically?

No. Pricing changes are staged first so you can review them. Live Airbnb price updates should only be applied when you intentionally run the Airbnb bridge flow and confirm that you want those changes saved.

Is the Lease Generator legal advice?

No. Lease Generator is a drafting workflow, not a law firm and not a substitute for legal advice. You should review generated documents carefully and speak with a qualified attorney when terms, local rules, or state requirements matter.
