Terms of Service
Version 2026-05-06
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Signal-Panda, including signal-panda.com, hosted app pages, browser-extension workflows, dashboards, automations, generated documents, reports, data imports, and related support channels. By creating an account, signing in, using the service, or allowing someone to use the service through your account, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice.
If you use Signal-Panda for a company, property owner, landlord, host, property manager, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization and manage the listings, properties, accounts, data, and workflows you connect to Signal-Panda.
1. Eligibility and account authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Use Signal-Panda only for properties, rental accounts, short-term rental listings, calendars, devices, data, documents, and third-party accounts that you are authorized to access and manage.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for promptly telling us if you believe your account or connected service has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is insecure, unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, or creates risk for Signal-Panda, users, third parties, or connected services.
2. Changes to these Terms or the service
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version. Continued use after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Signal-Panda features may be added, changed, limited, paused, or discontinued at any time, including beta, preview, or integration-dependent features.
3. Signal-Panda's role
Signal-Panda provides software to help rental operators organize and review property-management workflows. The service may include listing history, competitor analysis, search-rank checks, cleaning coordination, lease drafting workflows, direct-booking request tools, accounting summaries, climate routines, email workflows, browser-extension workflows, and AI-assisted content.
Signal-Panda is not a real estate broker, property manager of record, landlord, tenant, collection agency, insurer, law firm, accounting firm, tax preparer, financial adviser, safety-monitoring service, emergency response provider, or agent of any rental platform unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. You remain responsible for operating your properties, communicating with guests and tenants, complying with law, and approving business decisions.
4. Your property and compliance responsibilities
You are solely responsible for complying with federal, state, and local laws, platform rules, tax rules, short-term rental regulations, landlord-tenant laws, fair housing laws, privacy laws, permitting requirements, HOA rules, employment and contractor rules, insurance obligations, safety standards, and disclosure requirements that apply to your properties and business.
You must independently review all prices, listing content, messages, lease drafts, climate routines, cleaning assignments, accounting exports, reports, recommendations, and other outputs before using them. Signal-Panda does not guarantee occupancy, revenue, search ranking, pricing performance, tax treatment, legal compliance, tenant or guest behavior, platform approval, or the outcome of any property decision.
5. No professional advice
Information in Signal-Panda is provided for operational convenience and general business use. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, insurance, real estate, investment, safety, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on the service for decisions with legal, financial, tax, safety, regulatory, or insurance consequences.
6. Lease generator, documents, and signatures
Lease drafts, clauses, disclosures, forms, signatures, PDFs, and related records generated through Signal-Panda are drafting aids only. They are not guaranteed to be complete, enforceable, current, legally sufficient, or suitable for your property or jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing all applicable law, required disclosures, local rules, and lease-specific facts before sending or signing any document.
Electronic-signature features, if used, are provided as a workflow convenience. You are responsible for confirming that electronic signatures, delivery methods, retention practices, and signer authority satisfy the requirements that apply to your transaction.
7. Automation, pricing, publishing, and connected accounts
Some Signal-Panda workflows can stage, preview, recommend, import, sync, or publish changes involving Airbnb or other third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing every live change before it is applied and for confirming that the action is authorized, accurate, and allowed by the applicable third-party service.
Browser-extension and CDP-driven workflows run through a browser session that you control. Do not use those workflows unless you are signed in to the relevant third-party account with permission to act. Signal-Panda is not responsible for platform enforcement, account restrictions, failed saves, duplicate updates, stale calendars, delayed syncs, changed third-party interfaces, or third-party API failures.
Climate and device routines are not emergency, security, habitability, or life-safety systems. You are responsible for safe device settings, property conditions, guest communication, backup access, and manual checks. Do not rely on Signal-Panda to prevent property damage, maintain legal habitability, protect health or safety, or respond to urgent conditions.
8. AI and generated content
AI-assisted features may help draft listing text, summarize information, suggest prices, classify data, or prepare operational content. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and lawfully using all generated content.
When you choose to use AI-assisted features, relevant prompts, listing details, workflow data, or other inputs may be processed by AI service providers to provide the requested feature, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable provider terms. Do not submit content you are not permitted to process through those services.
9. User content and data you provide
You retain ownership of content, records, images, documents, listing details, calendar data, messages, files, instructions, credentials, and other information you submit or connect to Signal-Panda, except for Signal-Panda software, templates, designs, systems, and other materials we own.
You grant Signal Panda LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, generate outputs from, back up, secure, support, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to provide, protect, improve, and troubleshoot Signal-Panda and requested integrations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content and connected accounts you use with the service.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance, improve features, and operate the business. We will not intentionally identify you or your property in public marketing materials without your permission.
10. Third-party services
Signal-Panda may connect to or rely on third-party services such as Airbnb, browser vendors, Google, Microsoft, LG, Google Nest, email providers, storage providers, calendar feeds, payment or billing processors, analytics providers, OpenAI, Ticketmaster, and other vendors. Third-party services are not controlled by Signal-Panda and may change, fail, limit access, charge fees, or apply their own terms and privacy practices.
You authorize Signal-Panda and its service providers to access, transmit, store, and process data from connected services as needed to provide the workflows you request. You are responsible for complying with all third-party terms and for maintaining any required accounts, permissions, API keys, subscriptions, consents, or notices.
11. Communications
You consent to receive service communications electronically, including account messages, verification emails, notices, workflow updates, support responses, security alerts, and legal notices. You are responsible for keeping your email address and account information current. Marketing communications, if any, may be managed through available unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms, but transactional or security messages may still be sent.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Signal-Panda to:
- violate law, third-party rights, rental platform rules, privacy obligations, or contractual restrictions;
- access properties, listings, accounts, calendars, devices, or data without permission;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, harmful, or misleading content;
- upload malware, attack the service, bypass security controls, scrape excessively, or interfere with service operation;
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed by us;
- use automation in a way that could publish unintended changes, contact people without consent, or create safety, legal, or platform risk;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, listing ownership, authority, or the source of data.
13. Paid plans, billing, and refunds
If Signal-Panda offers paid plans, subscriptions, invoices, usage charges, implementation fees, or other paid services, you agree to pay the amounts disclosed at purchase or renewal, plus applicable taxes. Unless a separate written refund policy or mandatory law says otherwise, fees are earned when charged and are non-refundable.
Subscriptions may renew automatically if disclosed at purchase. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, failed-payment retries, upgrades, and other authorized charges. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges or remove amounts already due.
14. Support and beta features
Support channels are provided as available and may be limited by plan, staffing, abuse prevention, or operational needs. Beta, preview, experimental, or integration-dependent features may be changed or removed without notice and may be less reliable than generally available features.
15. Intellectual property
Signal-Panda, including its software, workflows, page designs, templates, text, graphics, trade names, logos, and underlying systems, is owned by Signal Panda LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Signal-Panda for your authorized internal rental operations.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. You may not remove proprietary notices, copy substantial parts of the service, or create a competing service using non-public Signal-Panda materials.
16. Privacy, security, and backups
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. No internet service can be guaranteed secure or uninterrupted. Keep your own backups of important leases, reports, accounting records, listing data, calendar data, images, and operational records. You are responsible for retaining records required by law, tax rules, platform rules, insurance, lenders, owners, tenants, guests, or business agreements.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Signal-Panda at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit features, or decline service if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, a legal or security risk, nonpayment, misuse, third-party platform risk, or conduct that may harm Signal-Panda, users, third parties, or connected services.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and record-retention responsibilities.
18. Warranty disclaimer
Signal-Panda is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Panda LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, reliability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the service, outputs, integrations, automations, generated documents, reports, recommendations, third-party connections, or support responses will meet your needs, comply with laws that apply to you, remain available, remain compatible with third-party services, or be free of errors, omissions, delays, data loss, security incidents, or harmful components.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Panda LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost savings; loss of goodwill; business interruption; property damage; personal injury; replacement services; lost or corrupted data; platform penalties; failed bookings; missed rent; guest, tenant, contractor, or vendor conduct; or decisions you make using the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Signal-Panda or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Signal Panda LLC for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signal Panda LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your content, properties, listings, connected accounts, guests, tenants, contractors, vendors, lease documents, pricing decisions, published changes, automations, violation of law, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the service.
21. Disputes, governing law, and venue
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through the support page or at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise or mandatory law requires a different rule, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Signal Panda LLC is organized and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any lawsuit or court proceeding that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts serving the jurisdiction where Signal Panda LLC is organized, unless mandatory law requires another venue. Claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
